The small fair-like race meet at Sandy Downs in Idaho Falls, Idaho will be paying back big cash rebates to online and phone bettors during this summer’s meet that opens Friday, June 10.  The track will rebate 10% on all win, place and exotic wagers over its 12-day mixed Thoroughbred and Quarterhorse season to bettors using Idabet.com and other ADW’s who take the Idaho Downs card.  Idabet.com will have live video streaming of all their races online.
