4TH RACE – (4) RURAL ART is above his pay grade—probably—but final ’17 try was solid and shall be price. That said, bravo to 304th start of Foiled Again.
5TH RACE – (1) MACINTOSH N is one of few that doesn’t owe as any coin. Not nearly as consistent, but catches sketchy group and ought to get workable trip.
7TH RACE – (4) BETTOREVER was last seen here this past October, doing decent things at this level. Rids himself of rotten Philly draws and earns return nod.
10TH RACE – (4) DO OVER HANOVER double-bumps back up claiming ladder. Wins at rarified rate and ‘peeked’ in ‘Welcome Rocky Genial’ Invitational.
11TH RACE – (1) SANTA FE BEACHBOY comes off solid, bill-paying ’17 season, with consecutive wins here late. Taken in finale solely ‘cause he won draw.
