Northfield Park Selections for Feb 24th
Race 1: 6- Alady For Sure – Draws into a race where several could win; this one gets the slight call over the others to take tonight’s opener. 4- La’sent – Finished second last time out and could post a similar effort again tonight. 3- Gail’s Victory – Should not be overlooked as a potential competitor in here. 8- His Dream Girl – Could garner a minor share despite starting from the far outside.
Race 2: 1- Django – Looks to be successful upon coming to Northfield. 3- Wolf Creek Pegasus – Makes his second local effort and has reason to improve. 9- Prince Beacon – Should get a good trip from the second tier. 8- Hard Cold Cash – Could be in the thick of the action despite the poor post draw.
Race 3: 8- Ergo Hanover – Posted a tremendous qualifier and could win tonight if he can come back to that effort. 4- Fort Commander – Looks to do well in here if he minds his manners. 6- Senator Sam – Could add some value to the ticket.
Race 4: 6- Cold Bath – Competes in an evenly-matched field; this one could edge-out tonight’s foes. 1- Cullens Blue Jean – Looks to be tough from the rail. 7- Light Up The Sky – One of several in here that could make the ticket. 5- Unadorned Hanover – Has as good of a shot as any in here to complete the Superfecta.

Race 6: 9- Awestreos – An inconsistent performer; could win in here if he is at his best. 2- Custom Made – Made the ticket in both of his most recent races and looks to be right there again tonight. 3- JP Orazio – One of several in here that could make the ticket. 1- Cowboy Roundup – Could be tough from the rail.
Race 7: 5- Jesse’s Messenger – One of several in here that could take this race; this one gets the slight call over the others to get the job done. 6- Absolutely Certain – Was a winner two starts back; looks to be right there again tonight. 1- Makin Green Lavec – could be tough from the rail. 2- Aisling – Has as good of a shot as any in here to complete the Superfecta.
Race 8: 1- Camcruiser Hanover – Draws the inside advantage and that advantage could be key to being successful tonight. 5- Grandkids Attack – Drops in class and looks to be tough in here. 7- Billy The Colt – Could make the ticket despite the poor post draw.
Race 9: 6- Meadowview Arty – Was a winner last time out and could strike again tonight. 5- Louie The Fourth – Also won last start and could be tough again. 9- Sand Royal Blu – Could be tough from the second tier. 3- Tsunami Dream – Should not be overlooked as a potential competitor in here.
Race 10: 5- Logamotion – Should be fresh off a layoff and could strike right out of the box. 3- Arnie’s Kick Start – Was a winner last time out but faces tougher competition this time around. 2- Our Mclovin – could be a tough customer in here. 8- Bergerac – Has as good of a shot as any in here to complete the Superfecta.
