5TH RACE – (2) MACH ONE has not embarrassed himself in local claiming events, now dips to bottom-feeder level. Moving in six places won’t hurt his cause.

8TH RACE – (5) JUXTA COWGIRL returns to level of last win, apparently a clear path to lead. Octet flush with poor win-profile lasses, this one good as any.

10TH RACE – (5) DECISION DAY is a number we’ve four-eyeballed before and shall again. Confirmed off-pace lad sees suspect rivals, takes finale if involved.
