Race 2: 9- Above The Law – Has been the beaten favorite in both of her most recent races, but could prevail for her backers this time around. 3- Norma’s Rose – Drops in class and looks to be tough in here. 7- Crowned With Glory – Looks to be a major player despite the poor post draw. 5- House Money – Could add some value to the ticket.
Race 3: 3- Hawaii And Sun – Gets the top-call to start tonight’s Pick 5. 6- Hidden Hall – Could be tough upon returning to Northfield. 1- Idontthanyoucan – Looks to be in the thick of the action from the rail.
Race 4: 7- Airzooms Image – Drops in class and looks to get the job done at this level of competition. 1- Red Rocks – Could be a major player from the rail. 6- Austin’s Jon Jon – Could add some value to the ticket. 4- Wind Surfer – Has as good of a shot as any in here to complete the Superfecta.
Race 5: 1- Village Jackson – Draws the inside advantage and that advantage looks to be key to being victorious tonight. 4- Right On Time – Could do well in here at decent odds. 2- Southwind Joker – Finished third in two of his last three races and could make the ticket again tonight. 7- Moreland Flash – Could add value to the exotics.
Race 6: 1- Verbalize – Just missed last time out; may not miss tonight. 3- Darn Skippie – Could step up and do well in here. 5- Bonners Creek – One of several in here that could make the ticket. 7- JJ’s Ken – Should not be overlooked as a potential contender in here.
Race 7: 3- OK Gorgeous – Drops in class and looks to be victorious in here. 2- Ha Ha – Has the ability to be prominently placed on this ticket. 6- Sagebrush Sid – Should not be overlooked as a solid contender in here. 1- Shadow Me Themoney – Has as good of a shot as any in here to complete the Superfecta.
Race 8: 5- Bluebird Ideal – Made the ticket in both his most recent races; could step up and lead that ticket this time around. 3- Rude Boy – Another that looks to be tough in here. 4- Grandpa Don – Made the ticket in all three of his most recent efforts and could be right there again tonight.
Race 9: 4- Readysetletsroll – Was victorious last time out and looks to be able to strike again tonight. 6- Just Nattie – Won two of her last three races but is moving up in class. 2- C Note – One of several in here that could make the ticket. 8- Dontmesswithslim – Could garner a minor share in here.
Race 10: 1- High Blue – Posted an easy win last time out; draws the rail and looks to roll again. 9- Vaya Con Dios – Looks to be tough from the second tier. 5- My Way The Highway – Could be tough upon coming to Northfield. 3- Cabo – Has as good of a shot as any in here to complete the Superfecta.
Race 11: 4- Mintiliscious – Was a winner two starts back and could pace home in front again tonight. 7- Crosswinds Dodger – Has two wins in a row and looks to be tough again. 1- NY Whitesox – Made the ticket in all five of his most recent races; should be right there again tonight. 6- Mystical Bay – Could add some value to the exotics.
Race 12: 4- Lyone Moonlight – Could get the job done upon coming to Cleveland. 8- Adios Amigos – Looks to be tough in here despite starting from the far outside. 3- Cams Little Man – Should be fresh off a layoff and could do well at first asking. 5- Forever The Gold – Should not be overlooked as a solid contender in here.
Race 13: 1- Vincent Vega – Draws the inside advantage and that advantage could be key to being successful tonight. 5- Ubetterubetterubet – Another that looks to have a big shot in here. 2- Jumpin Jack J – Could add some value to the ticket. 4- Verbal Assault – Looks to be in the thick of the action. 6- Nassau County – Could garner a minor share of the 20¢ Super High Five.
Race 14: 3- Red Falkor – Draws into a race where several could win; this one gets the slight call over the others to get the job done. 2- Glamrocker – Should improve in his return effort. 4- Action-Ear-To-Ear – One of several in here that could make the ticket. 1- Ellabunda – Looks to be in the thick of the action from the rail.
Race 15: 3- Mambo Italiano – Drops in class and receives the top-call to lead off the Late Double. 6- Fox Valley Disco – Makes his second start off a qualifier and has reason to improve. 5- Panhellenic – One of several in here that could make the ticket. 8- Two Beat – Could garner a minor share despite starting from the far outside.
Race 16: 1- Roll On – Draws the rail upon dropping in class and looks to capture tonight’s finale. 5- Grandkids Attack – Has the ability to be prominently placed on this ticket. 8- Little Turk – Could make the ticket despite starting from the far outside. 6- Three Wolf Moon – Has as good of a shot as any in here to complete the Superfecta.
