1ST RACE – (4) DALI DELIGHT couldn’t get out of her own in last, caught first-up from pole in previous. Seems as useful as any in opener of Petticoat Series.
2ND RACE – (5) STONEBRIDGE IDOL does rid himself of three eight-hole draws and a second-tier getaway. If nothing else, that should improve his chances.
4TH RACE – (1) D G’S ELSA has turned into a fairly-regular ‘peek’ of ours, always thinking there’s more to her. Wins draw in this division of Petticoat, again.
5TH RACE – (2) LINE DANCER takes rather circuitous route for New York Sire Stakes to Petticoat Series. Remains maiden, but worth shot in seasonal debut.
8TH RACE – (4) MARCED MAGIC has outraced odds in last few, grabbing small checks at big numbers. Would not surprise with first good draw in six weeks.
9TH RACE – (6) LATE MAIL N has not thrown in poor race since stateside.
Been put in play from six-holes last couple, so we’re not looking to reinvent wheel.
10TH RACE – (6) MAKASI is unproven at this restricted level, as are many of these. Inside supposed toughest foe, though this one hasn’t been much of leaver.
