5^TH RACE – (4) BAKERSFIELD offered a crisp finish in latest, albeit slow final quarter. Dunno if that makes him Levy timber, but we give him crack to see.

7^TH RACE – (2) SIMPLY SUSATIONAL N is taken as Asher/Stalbaum try for series double. Recovered after break two back, couldn’t reach in last, perhaps.

8^TH RACE – (3) WINNING LINC was stuck behind hideous favorite in last. Offered pace after that one stopped in face, taken to get less eventful trip this time.

12^TH RACE – (4) MACON GEORGIA A has not been nearly as competent as season ago, but hit board in last three this level. Finale rivals appear rather tame.
