RACE ONE EARLY DOUBLE- 1-4, 1-7, 4-4, 4-7 PICK-5 – 1,4 w 4,7 w 1,5 w 6,7,8 w 2 1-P L INTOWIN…an “o-fer” thus far-OH for 31—but is in a very amiable situation with the rail. Been giving hints right along. 4-NOUDIDNT BLUE CHIP…probably on the engine when gate leaves to try & control the festivities. The main danger here. 8-ZERO RATE…showed a tad of gate speed in last and then kind of an “even-steven” effort rest of the way in very fast mile.
RACE TWO 4-MACHIN MARLEY…gets some class relief here and drew much better, as well. Back down to spot where she won Feb. 17. 7-CHEAP N EASY…was used early in last trying to get in the fray from 9 post but sat after. Dips in class to an amiable spot. 2-ASSET MANAGEMENT…post destroyed chances in last. Several races prior were all solid. Another that class dip benefits.
RACE THREE 5-A LIST…has coveted post to show his electric gate speed. Had a difficult journey in last but made two moves & held well. 1-FOUR STARZ KYLE…Been hot property lately and just won in “6” class, soooo, the question is…Why is he in for “5” now?? 4-PLAYIN FOR KEEPS…gave big hint in last with sharp double-bubble move on backside & was still trucking to the finish.
RACE FOUR PENTAFECTA – (Box) 3,5,6,7,8 8-LUCY’S PEARL…was in a tough spot trying to dent the fractions in a track record 1:49 mile. Catching live cover tonight? 7-GODIVA SEELSTER…made the best of an impossible situation from nine post in last. Probably on the engine this time! 6-JUST A BEE…could be on the bullet train here as she has been unable to use her great gate speed last couple. Dangerous. 5-PERTTY MUSIC…also good gate speed but recent haven’t quite been up to her “par.” Still is classy & can hit the board. 3-CLASSIC CARPET…actually been racing well but in a bit tougher here. Mile could go a second faster than she is used to.
RACE FIVE 2-BIG PACKAGE…raced big mile against “10’s” and now back to spot where he was claimed two starts back. Fits very well. 5-CERTAIN POTENTIAL…pulled on backside in last and dented quick third panel and showed willing trot right to the line. 8-TYMAL RECAP…post may hinder a bit but recent form seems to be very sharp and can catch live cover entire last lap.
RACE SIX PICK-4 – 5 w 4 w 3,4 w ALL 5-DE VINS GIRL…gets class relief for the third time in a row. Was chewed up and spit out during fast opening half in last. 1-KAYLA’S DREAM…back down to spot where she blew away field at 22 to 1. Rail keeps cozily close throughout the mile. 2-LOVE LIVE LAUGH…gave nice hint in last showing stout pace from far turn to the wire. In a much more appetizing spot.
RACE SEVEN 4-WILD WANDA…been facing tougher and tried the wiring act in last but panels just a bit too stiff. Class should show here. 2-ALWAYS DEE ONE…post hindered a bit in last but can’t ignore that she paced her final 3/4s in 1;24.1. Closer this time. 5-GOLDSTAR ROCKETTE…was in an impossible situation in last. Prior, in same class as tonight, showed courage to win.
RACE EIGHT 4-DEUCES FOR CHARITY…was in way over head in last and forced to pace a mile and a 1/16th! Turns on the afterburners! 3-SHORTEST DISTANCE…rugged mare has 90 life wins. Is in MUCH easier this time around & will be on the engine leaving. 5-TAIL R SWIFT…lost some ground on backside before finally wending way out and then double-bubbled far turn. On tkt.
RACE NINE LATE DOUBLE- 4-5, 7-5 7-COLUMBIA LION…was gapped a bit on the backside in last but showed strong trot once got going into final turn to win. 4-DO IT FOR ANNIE…left in last, tucked in mid-pack, pulled 3/8s out and went nowhere in fast mile for class. Better spot. 3-MYSTICAL SHOPPER…had enough “x’s” in last for a “300” game. Will be on the engine leaving here to control the pace.
RACE TEN SUPER HI-5- 5 w 1,2,3,8 w 1,2,3,8 w 1,2,3,8 w ALL 5-SCIROCCO MILEY KAY…don’t usually select off of “losing” quallies but was under wraps with :27.4 finale. Enuff for me! 3-HEATHER…gets some class relief after having been hampered by 9 post in last. Can rock & roll when given room to roam. 1-SOMEISLANDSOMEWHERE…still trying to live up to pedigree. Gave a bit of a hint in last with nice m”oo”ve into far turn. 2-MS CASEY MAC…had perfect journey in last but mile was just a bit too fast to handle. Should be cozily close up the mile. 8-WOMAN OF TERROR…in new hands and found a class without a claiming tag. Will catch live cover the entire last lap.
