Northfield Picks From The Ayers Above- Saturday, March 17th

Northfield Track Announcer Ayers Ratliff’s free handicapping tips are provided for our IdaBet.com players.

Remember, due to their draw schedule, picks are made in advance and do not account for scratches or late driver changes.

From the “Ayers Above SATURDAY EVENING, MARCH 17
Race 1: 1- Friskie Teddy – Draws the rail and should start the Daily Double. 7- Dontwantalkaboutit – Could do well in here
despite the poor post draw. 3- Missevil – Should not be overlooked as a solid contender in here. 8- Maavelous – Could add
value to the exotics.

Race 2: 3- My Caroline – Has three wins in a row and looks to keep the streak alive. 6- Lady Gisele – Has the ability to be
prominently placed on this ticket. 1- Brian’s Magic Girl – Looks to be a solid contender from the rail. 5- Anegada – Looks to be
in the thick of the action.

Race 3: 5- Spreester – Should be fresh off a layoff and could strike at first asking. 6- Godiva Seelster – Another that looks to
have a big shot in here. 4- Tiger’s Sue – Won her most recent effort and could be tough again.

Race 4: 2- Tomei Seelster – Drops in class and could be successful at this level of competition. 9- Zumba – Looks to be tough
from the second tier. 5- Legal Process – One of several in here that could make the ticket. 7- Onwindntide – Has as good of a
shot as any in here to complete the Superfecta.

Race 5: 1- Mickey Blu – Looks to score from the rail. 5- Annakate – Could be tough with the right trip. 7- Mcnice – Could
make the ticket despite the poor post draw. 2- Royal Delta – Could grab a piece of the action if she can rebound from her most
recent dismal effort.

Race 6: 3- St Lads Maggie Mae – Made the ticket in three of her last four races; could step-up and lead that ticket this time
around. 4- Cocktail Time – Another with a big shot in here. 1- Make Mine Mocha –...

Yonkers Peek At Program For Saturday, March 17th

Some insights into the St. Patrick’s Night racing program for our IdaBet players

(reminder we’re racing tomorrow morning, with first post @ 11:45 AM).

1ST RACE – (6) TEO ENTEO A disposed of this class of claimer a couple of starts ago, then out mile in last. Tepidly in solid opener with many legit candidates.

2ND RACE – (7) DREAM OUT LOUD N has raced eyeballs out any number of recent local tries. No reason he can’t handle these if he can sniff ‘em from here.

4TH RACE – (6) CHUMLEE A is not the prettiest-gaited lad, but takes air in each start and races well regardless. Gets gaze in first division of G-M Levy Series.

5TH RACE – (4) BAKERSFIELD offered a crisp finish in latest, albeit slow final quarter. Dunno if that makes him Levy timber, but we give him crack to see.

7TH RACE – (2) SIMPLY SUSATIONAL N is taken as Asher/Stalbaum try for series double. Recovered after break two back, couldn’t reach in last, perhaps.

8TH RACE – (3) WINNING LINC was stuck behind hideous favorite in last. Offered pace after that one stopped in face, taken to get less eventful trip this time.

12TH RACE – (4) MACON GEORGIA A has not been nearly as competent as season ago, but hit board in last three this level. Finale rivals appear rather tame.

——

$2 +/- (thru Tue., Mar. 13) – 60 wins ($571.80)

from 292 ($584) selex (-$12.20, within margin of error of competence)

highest-priced winner – MACHTU N ($33.80)

lowest-priced winners – SOTO/POINT SOMEWHERELSE ($2.70 each)
