A friendly reminder from Yonkers Raceway that Thursday evening’s (Apr. 25^th) Pick 5 wager starts with a carryover of $6,712.86 and a $20,000 guaranteed pool. The guarantee is in conjunction with the U.S. Trotting Association’s Strategic Wagering Program.

The Pick 5 is a 50-cent base wager comprising races 6 through 10 Thursday night. It has no consolation payoff, meaning if no one selects all five winners (as was the case Tuesday night), the entire pool (minus takeout) moves to the next racing program.

be prominently placed on this ticket. 7- Always A Dream – Could make the ticket despite the poor post draw.

Race 3: 7- Stone In Love – Could be successful upon coming to Northfield. 6- Petra – Finished second last time out and could be the runner-up
again tonight. 1- Deans Last Dance – Could make the ticket from the rail. 2- Mighty Mini – Looks to be in the thick of the action.

Race 4: 3- Lawton Hanover – Could be victorious upon returning to the Flying Turns. 1- Make The Books – Should be tough from the rail.
9- Metalicana – Hershberger hands the lines to Merriman and looks for some results. 4- Sand Schooner – Has as good of a shot as any in here to
complete the Superfecta.
