2-BIG VALLEY SPEED…dips a bit here plus did show some good trot on backside dentin g quick panel. Edge. 4-MY HOPE…miscue early cost dearly. Prior dilly-dallied back before showing very stout trot deep in lane. 7-EASTER LEGGS…was given patient drive in last–away in good order then shufed a bit before out 3/4s.

RACE TWO

7-SEEK THE DRAGON…gave huge hint in last pulling 3/8s from home & showing stout pace right to the wire. 1-ELECTRIC ALBERT…post killed chances in last but did show decent pace in the lane. Drew much better. 8-MAMBO ITALIANO…not much on paper but pace was quick in last & didn’t fire. Warrior looks to improve.

RACE THREE

5-AVIVAS WINNER…excuse. last. Been solid in this class since return & prior showed sustained move forward. 3-CAVIART GRIFFIN…pulled turn 2 in last but couldn’t dent quick 3d panel. Dips down to more amiable spot. 7-SAINT PATTY’S DOLL…gets some nice class relief here. Wouldn’t be surprised if she was on engine early.

RACE FOUR PENTAFECTA- 5 w 4,8 w 4,8 w 2,3,6 w ALL

5-CRAZY ABOUT NY…dips down to “10’s” here. Lolly-gagged early on in last but showed good trot last 3/8s. 4-LANDONFITZ…lost composure momentarily in last but caught a few strides later & finished stoutly. On tkt. 8-MANDABRA…10 year-old in good form these days. Can still grind forward–even during quick panels. 3-LG’S PRIDE…tried wiring the opposition in smart handling and just did get nailed final few strides. Wings! 6-IMMINENT RESPONSE…was a termite much of the mile in last–only showing strong trot deep in the lane.

RACE FIVE

7-MY BUDDY MASON…was hung out to dry like wet laundry in last & still held together OK in the lane. Cover. 5-NEEDLES AND PINS…throw out last week’s clunker. Prior went very strong mile & was one stride from win. 2-THREE NEW DAWNS…warrior got a decent trip from second tier in last but fell short in the final sixteenth.

RACE SIX PICK-4- 3,5 w 1,5,9 w 7 w7

5-ZERO RATE…youngster showed some very sharp pace on backside (:28.4). Can upset applecart of cover. 3-LOVETHEONEYOURWITH…filly lolly-gagged early on in last, showed backside pace. Could be on engine. 1-P L INTOWIN…was drafted along in perfect spot but final panel just a bit too much. Rail should keep close.

RACE SEVEN

1-CASCATA…form now is very good. Can rock & roll when it counts. Looking for second over journey here. 5-A WEEKEND…upset the applecart in last with strong surge late of of hot panels. Can turn it on in the lane. 9-ST PETE STAR…rugged warrior still hot property at age 12. Naps choice so should be on the choo-choo.

RACE EIGHT LATE DOUBLE- 7-7 7-F TWENTY TWO…bombs away in lifetime best performance last week. Is very sharp & looking for fast pace.

8-ARTSBRED CAMOTION…not much on paper but did show some stout pace on backside. Can “make” tkt. 4-DINNER GUEST…in a bit easier here after being scorched early in last. Now’s the time to leave & control.

RACE NINE SUPER HI 5 – 7 w 1,2 w 1,2 w 3,4,8,9 w 3,4,8,9

7-SWEET BET…actually giving very subtle hints in last couple of starts. Dips back down to lowest rung here. 1-FLASHY…cut the mustard in last but was out-kicked in the lane. Still, should enjoy picture perfect journey. 2-ROCK MY BABY…made big double bubble move 3/8s out showing good pace (:28.1) on backside. Closes. 4-COME ON KATHRYN…sat in the garden seat all the way but winner just too tough. Leaves & yields here. 3-INTERNAL CHECK…should love warmer climate–especially on the front end where it’s easier on system.
