Some insights into the late morning’s racing program for our IdaBet players:
(…and lack of sleep not a valid excuse)
1ST RACE – (2) ABC MUSCLES BOY returns to town after holding own at Pocono. Catches some local adult-table refugees, so there ought to be opener value.
2ND RACE – (5) ELYSIUM LINDY does nothing but race credibly each and every start. Back from PA with monetary ceiling lifted to get him in, so gets gazed.
3RD RACE – (2) DEEP QUESTION makes a third try off bench, second off class dip. Catches exceedingly soft group for this level, so need not be a whole lot.
5TH RACE – (9) LION SAFARI AS was in hindsight overbet for local debut off three weeks. Back-of-bus for this ‘French’ extravaganza, figuring tighter now.
6TH RACE – (3) TOBER has been racing at deep end of pool in recent tries, going down ladder for third consecutive start. Seasonal 1-fer, but rivals are ‘iffy’.
7TH RACE – (4) HENDERSON SEELSTER was not at all awful in border crossing, cutting mile and lasting for third. Been going off at boxcar odds of late.
10TH RACE – (3) PUMA BLUE CHIP tried it first-up first time with trotting hobbles (hopples?) after 17 days (nights?) away. Minded manners, gets finale gaze.
