6TH RACE – (1) QB KEMP is the new face upon arrival from Spankyville in Columbus. Drew poorly of late there, pole-dances here and opposes not very much.

7TH RACE – (6) CHASIN’ DREAMS leaves the sire stakes. That, if nothing else, makes gelding as competent as any here, so taken to whip marginal mélange.

8TH RACE – (6) BLUEBIRD JESSE has not been overly consistent number, confounding us thinking there’s more to him. Beaten fave this level two starts ago.

9TH RACE – (2) BEATRICE did not disgrace herself when four-eyeballed a week ago, closing second at price to open-length winner. Sort of forces us to stay.

11TH RACE – (2) OBRIGADO returns for first try since July of ’17. Trotter may not be what he was (join crowd), but assignment in weekly feature too good.

1ST RACE – (3) BLOW A CLOUD N returns at reduced level and poised to get out of the gate. Surmise he vaults over inside pair and takes field far as he can.

2ND RACE – (5) SANTA FE BEACHBOY rewarded our four-eyeball with a trailing break—after three weeks out—in latest. Races back and dips, so why not?

4TH RACE – (3) McSPIDEY was nothing more than fodder in latest, an age-restricted event that went as quickie. Rarely draws this well this level, thus gazed.

7TH RACE – (2) PACING MAJOR N has been nodded in last couple, racing well enough for us to keep at it. Gets a meaningful nite away from adult table now.

8TH RACE – (3) CAVIART REAGAN hasn’t had any luck in pair of tries at this level and that fun factoid attracts us here. Wins 3-thru-8 draw, tough to ignore.

9TH RACE – (5) SANTIAGO STYLE was not given a chance to show off his wares as odds-on choice in last, so jury’s out as to whether fits with these. Enigma.

10TH RACE – (1) SEVEN HOPES A offered some Pocono speed in last and comes back opposing lessers. We’ve been down this road before, again from pole.

11TH RACE – (7) CAPOZZO is probably not gonna reach from out here, but we’ve observed last few and he’s been quite adequate. Ground-saving third in last.

Race 2: 4- This Day Forward – Could score with the right trip. 1- Full Of Delight – Could be a major contender from the rail.
2- Gorgeous Road – Draws well and looks to be in the thick of the action. 3- Shady’s Lil Chip – Could add value to the exotics.

Race 3: 1- Raiders Lastchance – Draws the inside advantage and gets the top-call to start tonight’s Pick 5. 6- Storyboard
– Has the ability to be prominently placed on the ticket. 8- Paisley Skye – Could make the ticket despite starting from the far
outside.

Race 4: 4- Jessie’s Mission – Finished second in both of her most recent efforts; could step-up and get the job done this time
around. 3- Lucrative Strike – Has the ability to be prominently placed on this ticket. 2- Here’s Tis – Draws well and should get
a good trip in here. 7- Flying High – Has as good of a shot as any in here to complete the Superfecta.

Race 5: 1- High Fashion Mel – Makes her second start off a layoff and could score from the rail. 5- Cruzin Coco – Was a
winner two starts back and could be tough again tonight. 7- Rockin Kasbah – Could make the ticket despite the poor post draw.
2- Excelant Chance – Should not be overlooked as a potential contender in here.

Race 6: 4- Listentoyourheart – Draws...

Today’s “Lock” is at Harrahs Philadelphia-Race 1 on the  #1-Uncle Coz-Has the rail and speed to wire this bunch for top driver-Geo Napolitano jr.

Last lock was off the board. There was $15,000 to show on it. Somebody got rich! Howard’s record now stands at: 269 of 436 wins with 81 seconds and 26 thirds.

4TH RACE – (3) SHOW THE FASHION was claimed out of last, quick mile from hard-to-explain winner. Same venue as week ago so we offer very tepid nod.

6TH RACE – (6) TEQUILA MONDAY lands in decent, distaff-derby venue where outside six-pack were drawn. Lass is always solid, regardless of track size.

7TH RACE – (3) DELIGHTFULMEMPHISN was done no favors in a well-backed (and ‘peeked’) local bow. First-over lass offered squat, this one dips here.

8TH RACE – (5) AGENT Q returns having won twice in last three, including once at this level. Proven she can take air, surmising ain’t involved in early going.

9TH RACE – (8) DELISHKA N is probably goin’ through motions in a local North American debut. Did qualify well at Ocean, so gazed for possible later use.

10TH RACE – (1) INDY INGOT rewarded last week’s gaze with off-pace try while grabbing second. Was taken from that race and wins draws, we stay aboard.
