Additional Funding Solutions Available At IdaBet.com

We are pleased to announce that Idabet has two credit card processors available for online funding.  The first is via Admeris and the click button displays Visa/Master card Online on the funding page is position one and is our newest addition for funding solutions.

The second option is via Optimal and the click button displays Swift Visa/MasterCard and is noted in position two on the funding page and may be the one most frequently used by you, our valued player.

If your transaction failed to process, please try the other solution because it may work if the other option fails.  Please also remember, for your safety and security, the address on your credit card must exactly match the address on your player account.  If they don’t match, your deposit attempt will decline.  And remember, that most prepaid cards decline as well unfortunately.  However, you can also try to make a deposit over the phone with our customer care center toll free at 877.782.9994 and frequently, deposits over the phone have a high success rate as do Master card transactions.

We appreciate your business and understanding that the laws and regulations that govern online gaming affect processing as well as an individual’s banking or credit card institution.  Remember that you can contact your bank directly and ask them to authorize all transactions from us since they are legal pari-mutual wagering!  Often times this does the trick!

If we can further assist you, please always feel free to reach out to our customer care team at customer service@idabet.com or by phone at 877.782.9994.  You can also contact Melissa Bernard, your player host and IdaBet.com’s CEO directly at Melissa@Idabet.com or her team at support@idabet.com for quick service!

Kentucky Downs moves Saturday’s card to Wednesday

Blockbuster card now Sept. 6. ‘We got six inches of rain in 12 hours. It is in the best interest of the horses, jockeys and our guests to move the card to Wednesday.’

FRANKLIN, Ky. (Friday, September 1, 2017) — Because of the deluge of rain, Kentucky Downs has rescheduled Saturday’s opening card to Wednesday, Sept. 6. The fields for the 10-race all-grass card will remain the same, with no redrawing of entries or post positions.

Kentucky Downs’ showcase five-date meet now will be conducted Wednesday Sept. 6, Thursday Sept. 7, Saturday Sept. 9, Sunday Sept. 10, and Thursday Sept. 14. First post is 1:25 p.m. Central each day.

“The ongoing impact of Hurricane Harvey makes it impossible to run Saturday,” said Ted Nicholson, Kentucky Downs’ senior vice president and general manager. “The forecast was for one to five inches of rain, and we got six inches in 12 hours. It is in the best interest of the horses, jockeys and our guests to move the entire card to Wednesday.”

Kentucky Downs remains open today and Saturday for its year-round daily simulcast wagering and Historical Horse Racing operations.

Kentucky Downs could not reschedule for Sunday or Monday because those are the final two days of live racing at Ellis Park in Henderson, Ky.

Scratch time for Wednesday’s racing program will be 9 a.m. Central Tuesday.

The Wednesday card will be a blockbuster, with four stakes races: the $400,000 Tourist Mile, $350,000 Fasig-Tipton Turf Showcase Juvenile; $350,000 Exacta Systems Juvenile Fillies and $150,000 One Dreamer.
