So you are up from your nap from watching the Royal Wedding this morning and time to get back to basics…racing of course.  The newest royalty in racing runs tomorrow at Newmarket as Europe’s top 3-year-old FRANKEL heads a field fo 13 in the 203rd Running (Yes 203 years of this classic) 2000 Guineas (Group 1).  Named for the American trainer Bobby  Frankel, FRANKEL is facing light competition with the defection of Master of Hounds who is now aiming for the Kentucky Derby.  FRANKEL is a career five for five and trainer Henry Cecil ruled him ready to go following this past Tuesday’s workout.  FRANKEL is the heavy favorite at 1 to 2.
