1ST RACE – (5) TEMPSTER HANOVER returns to town, where he has lost last 11 tries and 20 of previous 21. However, first try off barn change intrigues us.

4TH RACE – (4) ABNER THE GREAT is sort of hard to go against, second off class dip and ridding himself of consecutive eight-holes. Last effort quite good.

5TH RACE – (5) DON’TCALLMEFRANCIS was pocketed into a 55-second back half in last, predictably backing up. Toughie to gauge, ass-ume he is leaving.

6TH RACE – (4) RUN ONEOVER N gets a first adult-table place card tonite after wiring lesser week ago. Catches watered-down feature, let’s see if he belongs.

7TH RACE – (2) SEVEN HOPES A did not buckle closing into swift last half in latest. Has recent win at this level while many of his foes here do not, so we nod.

9TH RACE – (2) BILL’S FELLA was brutal-trip winner as odds-on fave after crossing border. No shot after trying this level in subsequent, much post relief now.

11TH RACE – (3) SIR PUGSLEY tried it first-up in last, making a menacing move before losing footing. Cost him placing (second-to-third) then, amends now.
