Yonkers Raceway’s Pick 5 guarantee completes its first week Thursday night (June 13th).

As part of the U.S. Trotting Association’s Strategic Wagering Program and with the approval of the New York State Gaming Commission, a minimum $10,000 pot is available every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evening.

The first two pools—more than $13,000 and $11,000, respectively—eclipsed that magic threshold.

The Pick 5 is a 50-cent base wager comprising either races 6 through 10 (10-race card) or 7 through 11 (more than 10-race card). It has no consolation payoff.
