We wanted our IdaBet.com players know about some upcoming races at Charles Town.  The eighth running of the $1.25 million Grade 2 Charles Town Classic is quickly approaching. This year’s event will be held on Saturday, April 23.  First race post time is scheduled for 12:45 PM ET.

The Charles Town Classic, which rates as one of the country’s richest races outside of the Triple Crown and Breeders’ Cup World Championships races, will be one of 13 races on April 23rd and serves as the feature on a card that includes the $150,000 Sugar Maple presented by CANTER Mid-Atlantic and the $100,000 Robert Hilton Memorial.  Nominations for the Charles Town Classic close on March 26.

In addition, Charles Town will offer a $100,000 guaranteed All Stakes Pick 4.
