Some insights into tonight’s racing program for our IdaBet players:
RD RACE – (2) OCEANIA showed signs when last seen locally season ago. First purse try since December might usually dissuade, but good draw gets gazed.
TH RACE – (4) FULLBACK led late in his opening round of Sagamore Hill Series, then recovered from clumsy getaway week ago. Nodded in final prelim leg.
TH RACE – (4) QUICK FUN N tries it third off claim in search of first win of season. Quintet of thirds—all at this level—suggest he’s not overmatched here.
TH RACE – (3) JUSTICE MY WAY is all of 2-for-38 over past two seasons in less-than-inspiring resume. Does sometimes surprise, so ‘peeked’ for fair value.
TH RACE – (2) BORDER CONTROL A missed a month with scratch-sick in between, then went through eight-hole motions. Would expect more legit effort.
TH RACE – (1) KEYSTONE WANDA does not have any alibis with class dip, serious post relief and many blank rivals. Surmised low-hanging fruit in finale.
